In order to support the development of Vietnamese accounting and auditing human resources of high quality, on an international level in the preparation and presentation of financial statements, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Association of Auditors Vietnamese Practitioners (VACPA) organized an Intensive Training Course on CertIFR Certification for lecturers of Southern Regional Universities for 5 consecutive days from 3/4 to 7/4/2023 and other training courses. Northern Regional University from April 10-14, 2023 in Hanoi.
The course program is scientifically designed, detailed, and presented from the content of IFRS standards to the current state of IFRS application in Vietnam, the nature and operation of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). , different comparisons and especially a mock test to help instructors assess course completion.
In particular, the course was presented by the speaker, Master Tran Thi Hai Van - lecturer at the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh, also a veteran member of ACCA, has expertise, enthusiasm and reputation in the industry. Coming to the course, in addition to conveying the content of standards, Ms. Hai Van had practical sharings about her work and practical issues when applying IFRS today in companies where she has the opportunity experience association. This makes the course truly valuable and meaningful.
In this course, there are 07 lecturers of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing participating in the training. The course is an opportunity for the lecturers to update and add useful and necessary knowledge and information about the preparation and presentation of financial statements according to international standards as well as to exchange, connect, and learn. Ask questions from lecturers of the same schools participating in the course. At the end of the course, the lecturers continue to rely on the acquired background and knowledge to study, take the course's certification exam and use them to improve their expertise, share with colleagues. and fellow students.
