To celebrate the 79th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day and the conclusion of the 2023-2024 academic year, August 25, 2024 the Accounting and Auditing Faculty of the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City organized a meaningful "Back to the Roots" trip to Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh. This activity aimed to raise awareness, instill revolutionary ideals, and reinforce patriotism and responsibility among staff, union members, and party members.

The journey brought forth many deep emotions as the group paused to admire the majestic beauty of Ba Den Mountain – the highest peak in Southeast Vietnam, a symbol of the land and people of Tay Ninh. The group explored the complex of historical and cultural relics, including a system of pagodas and caves such as Ha Pagoda, Trung Pagoda, Thuong Pagoda, Thanh Long Cave, and Ong Ho Cave, which are intertwined with the legend of Lady Ly Thi Thien Huong.
Particularly, the breathtaking scenery of Ba Den Mountain, with clouds floating amidst the mist, left a lasting impression on all participants. Referred to as the "First Heavenly Mountain," this site is not only a religious symbol but also a vivid testament to the sacrifices of our ancestors in defending the nation.

This short but emotional and meaningful trip strengthened the bonds among members, creating motivation and unity to continue contributing to the development of the unit in the future.
